The Role

As Cinch expands across Southeast Asia, we need someone who can own the execution side of our commercial operations. This is a full-time program management role — you'll be the operational backbone of Cinch's commercial team, coordinating partner onboarding, managing cross-functional delivery workstreams, and ensuring that commercial commitments translate into real outcomes.

This role is for someone who has done this before in a fast-moving environment and is ready to own it independently.

What You'll Do

  • Lead end-to-end coordination of commercial projects from partnership onboarding through to go-live and performance tracking
  • Own the commercial project pipeline: manage timelines, track milestones, escalate risks, and drive resolution across internal and external stakeholders
  • Serve as the primary operational interface between Cinch's commercial team and local partners, ensuring commitments are delivered on both sides
  • Build and maintain structured reporting on project status, partner health, and initiative progress for senior leadership
  • Develop and document operational playbooks, partner onboarding frameworks, and GTM execution processes as Cinch scales the market
  • Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and finance to align on delivery
  • Contribute to market-specific commercial strategy by synthesising on-the-ground insights into actionable recommendations

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial project management, partnerships operations, consulting, or a closely related field — ideally within a startup, tech company, or high-growth environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — you can hold internal teams and external partners accountable without friction
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity; you can structure your own work without heavy top-down direction
  • Familiarity with the commercial landscape — partner ecosystems, enterprise dynamics, or B2B2C models — is a strong advantage
