The Role
We're looking for someone who can run our TikTok presence end-to-end. This is a focused role with one clear mission: go live on TikTok every working day, capture leads from those sessions, and feed them into our chatbot for follow-up. Alongside the daily lives, you'll produce short-form content from start to finish — filming, editing, and posting based on briefs we provide.

What You’ll Do
- Host a daily TikTok Live on every working day, following a content/talking-points brief. Sessions are conducted from our KL office on scheduled days.
- Collect leads during lives — capture interested viewers' details and hand them off cleanly to our chatbot so they can be nurtured automatically.
- Produce short-form content end-to-end: take a brief, film it, edit it (cuts, captions, music, hooks), and publish on schedule.
- Maintain a consistent posting rhythm so the channel stays active and growing.
- Track basic performance — views, watch time, leads captured per live — and share simple updates with the team.
- Based in Kuala Lumpur and able to commute to the office on scheduled live days.
- Fluent in Malay and can speak conversational English
- Confident and natural on camera, comfortable speaking to a live audience.
- Hands-on with mobile editing tools (CapCut ) and able to turn raw footage into a polished clip.
- Understands TikTok, what makes a hook work, current formats and trends.
- Reliable and self-driven; this role depends on showing up consistently every working day.
- Previous experience running a TikTok or Instagram account (personal or for a brand).
- Familiarity with lead generation or chatbots.
- Extensive experience with CapCut.
- Basic graphic design (Canva).
