About Cinch
Reimagine access. Reimagine ownership. Build the future with Cinch.
Cinch is Southeast Asia’s leading circular tech subscription company, redefining how people and businesses access technology. Instead of adding to the growing e-waste crisis, we enable affordable, sustainable access to devices through subscriptions that maximize reuse and extend their lifecycle. We operate across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels, including major partnerships with global leaders like Samsung. Our model sits at the intersection of powerful mega trends — sustainability, embedded finance, and the shift from ownership to access — creating a massive opportunity to reshape the future of tech consumption. At Cinch, we are builders with high standards, a bias for action, and a shared mission to create a generational company that outlasts us. Freshly funded by leading institutional investors and growing rapidly, we’re creating an environment where ambitious people can do the best work of their careers — and where the work has real, lasting impact.
The Role
You'll work directly with the Senior Director of Product, with light pooling across mobile apps, B2B, payments, and MDM. Real workstreams, real ownership.

The Role
You'll work directly with the Senior Director of Product, with light pooling across mobile apps, B2B, payments, and MDM. Real workstreams, real ownership.
What You’ll Do
Execute and ship
- Own discrete workstreams end-to-end. First on your plate: support the mobile app MVP launch — QA tracking, release comms, vendor coordination, and helping productize new services.
- Draft PRD v0s. Turn vague ideas into shippable specs.
- Run follow-ups across engineering, design, ops, and partners so nothing stalls.
- Run customer interviews and synthesise them into something the team can act on.
- Competitor teardowns across DaaS, fintech, and refurb electronics.
- Pull and analyse data to test product hypotheses — payment behaviour, lifecycle patterns, workflow gaps.
- Sprint ceremonies, delivery hygiene, surfacing blockers early.
- Prep stakeholder reviews, demos, and exec updates.
- Sharp critical thinking. You ask the second and third question, not just the first.
- A bias to action. You'd rather ship a v0 today than a perfect v1 next month.
- Clear writing. A senior leader can read what you've written and act on it without a follow-up call.
- Hunger. You're here to learn fast and own outcomes.
- Interest in access or sustainability. Tiebreaker, not gating.
What You'll Walk Away With
- A real PM portfolio from work you actually owned, not case studies or hypotheticals.
- Direct 1:1 mentorship from a Senior Director of Product — not a layer or two removed from leadership the way most big-tech placements work.
- Greenfield problems at Series A scale, modern AI-first product workflows, and the chance to shape real product surfaces rather than maintain them.
- A view of what an early-stage company actually looks like under the hood — across consumer subscriptions, B2B asset management, embedded payments, and MDM.
