About Us
Reimagine access. Reimagine ownership. Build the future with Cinch.
Cinch is Southeast Asia's leading circular tech subscription company, redefining how people and businesses access technology. Instead of adding to the growing e-waste crisis, we enable affordable, sustainable access to devices through subscriptions that maximise reuse and extend their lifecycle. We operate across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels, including major partnerships with global leaders like Samsung. At Cinch, we are builders with high standards, a bias for action, and a shared mission to create a generational company that outlasts us. Freshly funded by leading institutional investors and growing rapidly, we're building an environment where ambitious people can do the best work of their careers.
The Role
We're hiring an IT Manager to lead Cinch's workplace technology, endpoint security, and IT compliance operations across our Singapore headquarters and regional markets. This is a high-ownership role at the centre of how Cinch works day-to-day — from how laptops get provisioned and SaaS access is granted, to how we maintain a strong security posture and uphold our compliance commitments across operating markets.
You'll own the systems and processes that keep our people productive and our company secure: managing our identity and device management platform, administering our core SaaS and collaboration stack, running our IT helpdesk, and operating the controls that underpin our information security and compliance programme.
This role suits someone who combines strong technical depth in identity, endpoint, and SaaS administration with the pragmatism and ownership mindset of an early-stage operator.
