The Role

We’re looking for a Multimedia Designer (Motion-Led) with a strong grasp of digital ad formats, AI-assisted creative workflows, and campaign design. In this role, you’ll lead the creation of high-performing creative across both motion and static — from scroll-stopping video ads to banners, landing pages, and lifestyle imagery — powering both B2C and B2B campaigns.

What You’ll Do

  • Create high-conversion video ads for paid media, building replicable After Effects templates (9:16, 1:1, 16:9) for multi-platform publishing
  • Design branded static and dynamic visuals across various customer touchpoints (Paid Channels, Website, Social, CRM etc)
  • Produce lifestyle imagery and video footages using AI tools (e.g., Google Labs, Freepik, Runway, Kling)
  • Work with scripts, storyboards, and raw footage to craft short and long-form content, including editing, pacing, transitions, color grading, sound design, and subtitles
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver campaign-ready assets for both digital and print (e.g., flyers, event collaterals, company swag)
  • Continuously refine storytelling and visual systems to improve engagement, speed, and scalability
  • Support ad hoc design needs such as resizing, versioning, and asset localisation across formats and languages

What You Bring

  • Proven experience in video editing, motion graphics and static design, with a strong portfolio showcasing paid media ads, brand visuals, and cross-format campaigns
  • Deep proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, CapCut, and Canva
  • Hands-on experience with AI creative tools (e.g., Runway, Kling, Google Labs) for video and image generation
  • Strong understanding of platform specs, performance creative best practices, and multi-platform asset delivery
  • A detail-oriented and organized workflow, with solid file management and version control habits
  • Ability to contribute ideas and take ownership of creative briefs from start to finish
  • A balance of creativity and precision: with a sharp eye for layout, motion, typography, and brand consistency
