🛠 What You’ll Do

  • Research and build segmented lead lists across high-potential verticals (e.g. logistics, healthcare, retail, F&B)
  • Launch and manage outbound campaigns across email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls
  • Write, test, and optimize cold outreach copy that gets opened and gets replies
  • Build and maintain outbound automation workflows using tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and HubSpot
  • Track all activity in Pipedrive—leads, stages, touchpoints, meeting notes, follow-ups
  • Book qualified meetings for sales leads and the founding team
  • Monitor outreach performance and experiment with messaging, timing, and CTAs
  • Build a repeatable outbound motion that can scale across geographies and verticals

Who You Are

  • 1–2 internships completed in SDR, BDR, lead gen, or commercial ops
  • Fluent in outreach tools: HubSpot, Apollo, Instantly, etc.
  • Great written communicator—can write punchy cold messages that convert
  • Not afraid of rejection or repetition—you know sales is a numbers + quality game
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and relentless on follow-ups
  • Familiar with startup environments and excited to build outbound from scratch
  • Bonus: You’ve run outbound for a B2B SaaS, IT services, or device-related company
