We’re looking for a sharp, execution-focused Corporate Finance Executive to support our growth journey. Reporting to the Head of Corporate Finance, you'll help shape strategic decisions at the highest level. This includes running fundraises, maintaining investor confidence, and delivering the financial insights that power our regional expansion.

This is a role for a finance athlete: one who can deep-dive into spreadsheets, craft crisp board slides, and engage investors with both precision and polish.

Fundraising & Capital Markets

  • Support equity and debt fundraising end-to-end—from model-building and pitch decks to diligence and documentation.
  • Maintain critical investor infrastructure: data rooms, cap tables, covenant trackers, and compliance calendars.
  • Track capital pipelines and investor engagement touchpoints.

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

  • Collaborate on long-range planning, scenario modeling, and tracking key business metrics like unit economics and customer LTV.
  • Run sensitivity analyses on pricing, residuals, funding costs, and cohort dynamics—then turn insight into strategy.

Investor Relations

  • Craft quarterly shareholder updates and board presentations that reflect both performance and perspective.
  • Benchmark Cinch’s performance against public and private comps; refine narratives to support valuation and growth positioning.

Cross-Functional Impact

  • Work with Data, Risk, and Ops teams to improve forecasting models (e.g., credit losses, device lifecycle).
  • Support M&A and strategic partnership evaluations as they arise.

Experience

  • 3–5 years in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or FP&A (Big 4 Corporate Finance welcome).
  • Advanced Excel skills—confident with three-statement models, DCFs, LBOs, and debt sizing.
  • Strong presentation skills with PowerPoint or Google Slides; experience building investor-grade materials.
  • Analytical horsepower: SQL proficiency is a strong plus; experience with Python or R is a bonus.
  • Solid understanding of cap tables, debt covenants, and fundraising mechanics.
  • Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders—internal and external.
  • Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or other quantitative fields. CPA or CFA Level II+ is a plus.
  • Exposure to fintech, subscription commerce, or hardware leasing.
  • Experience with BI tools like Looker or Tableau, and/or version control (Git, dbt).
  • Familiarity with high-growth startup environments in Southeast Asia.
