Product Manager - Systems and Automation
Cinch
Reimagine access. Reimagine ownership. Build the future with Cinch.
Cinch is Southeast Asia’s leading circular tech subscription company, redefining how people and businesses access technology. Instead of adding to the growing e-waste crisis, we enable affordable, sustainable access to devices through subscriptions that maximize reuse and extend their lifecycle. We operate across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C channels, including major partnerships with global leaders like Samsung. Our model sits at the intersection of powerful mega trends — sustainability, embedded finance, and the shift from ownership to access — creating a massive opportunity to reshape the future of tech consumption. At Cinch, we are builders with high standards, a bias for action, and a shared mission to create a generational company that outlasts us. Freshly funded by leading institutional investors and growing rapidly, we’re creating an environment where ambitious people can do the best work of their careers — and where the work has real, lasting impact.
As a technical Product Manager focused on internal systems and automation, you’ll own the design and evolution of the tools that power Cinch, from customer operations to go-to-market enablement. Your mandate is simple but ambitious: help us become radically more efficient.
You’ll identify bottlenecks, streamline processes, and lead the development of automation-first solutions. You'll also drive experimentation with AI and no-code tools to accelerate internal productivity, reduce reliance on manual workflows, and enable faster decision-making across the company.
This role demands strategic thinking, technical fluency, and a high degree of ownership. While the initial focus will be on solving our efficiency gaps, the natural evolution is to be more involved in the business growth products / levers.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Lead Internal Systems Optimization
- Own the roadmap for internal tooling spanning workflows, knowledge systems, CRM integrations, support tools, and operational dashboards.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (CS, Ops, Marketing, Finance, Engineering) to uncover pain points and turn them into well-scoped product opportunities.
- Design scalable, robust systems that eliminate friction and reduce operational overhead.
- Define product requirements, align stakeholders, and guide initiatives from discovery to launch.
- Set clear KPIs for efficiency, speed, and tool adoption—and continuously iterate based on feedback and data.
Drive Automation & Intelligent Workflows
- Build and implement automation solutions that connect the dots across systems and teams.
- Reduce manual, repetitive work through smart workflow design and well-integrated platforms.
- Introduce reporting and analytics tools that give real-time visibility into process performance and bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with IT/security to ensure all systems meet compliance and security standards.
Prototype with AI & No-Code Innovation
- Stay ahead of emerging tools in AI, LLMs, and no-code/low-code development.
- Prototype fast—test new internal tools or features using lightweight, high-impact methods.
- Advocate for responsible experimentation with generative AI in internal workflows (e.g. ticket triage, internal documentation, task routing).
- Coach teams on tool adoption, creating a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement.
- Build atop, not anew – identify and employ existing open-source tools and licensable platforms to expedite development.
Who You Are:
You Might Be a Fit If You
- Have 4+ years in product management, with experience leading internal or operations-focused products.
- Bring strong technical fluency; you can collaborate deeply with engineers and think in systems.
- Thrive in ambiguity and enjoy solving messy, high-leverage operational problems.
- Have a strong track record of shipping tools that improve internal speed, quality, or scalability.
- Know how to balance technical constraints with business needs and user impact.
- Are comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced, multi-market environment.
Bonus Points
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g. Make, Zapier, n8n, Retool).
- Exposure to AI tooling (e.g. LLMs, NLP, prompt engineering, internal AI bots).
- Familiarity with B2B and B2C customer operations, CRM platforms, or support tooling.
- Past experience in high-growth startups or product-led operations teams.
