Our Technical Program Managers are responsible for aligning teams and implementing key programs for the entire R&D organization. They are the connective tissues that bridge teams across the organization.

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager who will support our platform engineering teams. The ideal candidate will have experience working with platform and DevOps teams. You'll champion infrastructure best practices and play a crucial role in scaling our systems.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Deliver on key platform and infrastructure initiatives critical to the success of Chainalysis.

  • Build strong partnerships with platform engineering teams to help influence technical decisions to mitigate risks while continuing to scale our infrastructure.

  • Improve the operational rhythm (repeatable annual and quarterly planning lifecycle, team all hands) of the R&D team, including Engineering, Product, Design, and Research.

  • Lead successful staff and department all-hands.

  • Partner closely with other functions including HR, Legal, Finance, GTM to communicate status of high visibility projects and drive increased alignment.

  • Use cross-functional knowledge to understand issues, trends, and perspectives that may influence the team’s roadmaps.

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Hands-on experience in a program or project manager role supporting platform engineering/ infrastructure teams.

  • Experience working with cloud infrastructure technologies like AWS and/ or GCP.

  • Multiple years of experience driving projects end-to-end, including evaluating, defining, and improving end-to-end processes.

  • Strong skill in communication and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.

  • Knowledge of SCRUM Methodologies with SCRUM certification(s), is a plus!

  • Experience presenting complex business and technical plans to senior leadership.

  • Knowledge of Jira and Confluence and applying best practices to track execution of projects.

  • Experience identifying and managing program risk.

  • Able to ruthlessly prioritize, driving decisions based on data.

  • Able to adapt to a high growth environment where the business changes rapidly.

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field preferred.
