The Revenue Operations team are experts at removing barriers, enabling growth, and ensuring our revenue organization has the right framework to move at the speed of progress. Systems Operations supports our Revenue Operations’ initiatives to develop and deploy high-impact system enhancements optimizing processes and performance of the Revenue organization

As the Revenue System Operations Lead, you’ll be heavily involved in the development of policy, planning, and execution of various system-related changes. An ideal candidate will provide strategic thought leadership to assess and evolve the components of Chainalysis’ revenue tech stack. You'll continuously measure, refine, and iterate on processes and systems, keeping in mind the requirements and needs of various cross-functional stakeholders both within and outside of the Revenue organization.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage the tech stack of the Revenue organization, owning the recommendation, selection, and deployment of new technologies and tools to scale our operations

  • Identify bottlenecks and collaborate with leadership and enablement partners to proactively unblock growth

  • Partner with Revenue process and program owners at all levels to gather business requirements, define impact, and assess risk for Salesforce initiatives

  • Build key documentation – Functional Requirements, Process Flows, Use Cases, and User-Acceptance Test Scripts

  • Provide consistent and regular communications regarding the impact of systems changes throughout Revenue organization to ensure user awareness and compliance

  • Coordinate cross-functionally to assess training and enablement needs, creating the right materials and support to facilitate acceptance and adoption of upcoming changes

We’re looking for candidates who have:

  • Experience working directly with and supporting a revenue team

  • Operational project or program leadership with a focus on User Experience and Functional Requirements

  • Understanding of SaaS sales user experience and processes, specifically within Salesforce

  • Strong working knowledge of the tools we use (or similar) to run the business, as well as the ability to quickly learn and optimize new technologies

  • Proven track record of developing and implementing and driving operations process efficiencies, effective policies, and enabling better practice

  • Strong Salesforce reporting, dashboarding, and workflow skills including: Account Team, Territory Assignment, Sales and Role Hierarchies; Account, Opportunity, and CPQ Objects; Third-Party Application Integration

Nice to have experience:

  • Salesforce Admin Certifications

  • SalesforceTrailblazer Badges

  • Advanced Excel expertise

  • SQL
