Role: Client Account Director, Law Enforcement - India

Location: Delhi

The Client Account Directors responsible for our Law Enforcement customers are driven by our mission to make the world a safer place. We support law enforcement and civilian agencies to disrupt criminal operations, reduce illicit activity, recover funds for victims, and investigate cases that involve digital assets.

As a Client Account Director you'll establish trust and build strong relationships with Law Enforcement stakeholders, tailoring your sales approach to meet their needs, and evangelizing Chainalysis solutions in a compelling yet approachable way. You'll measure your success by attainment of assigned quota, accuracy of forecasting, and the growth of accounts in the region. The ideal candidate is an expert at navigating complex sales cycles, building a calculated account plan, and still enjoys the thrill of closing a deal.

In this role, you'll:

  • Establish trust and build strong relationships with Law Enforcement stakeholders, tailoring our sales approach to their needs.

  • Evangelise Chainalysis solutions in a compelling yet approachable way.

  • Help us develop compelling product positioning and messaging specific to market trends, competitive drivers, region-specific sales channels, and more.

  • Work closely with Customer Success, PreSales, and Marketing teams to lead conversations within your customer base to enable you to achieve your goals.

  • Demonstrate exceptional expertise in sales forecasting, ensuring precise and reliable predictions to drive informed decision-making and maximize business growth.

  • Consistently use data from sales figures, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to enable you to meet and exceed sales goals.

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • Demonstrated history in a previous B2B SaaS sales role

  • Proven sales experience and trusted relationships with Indian Central and/or States Law Enforcement Agencies and/or financial regulators.

  • Sold understanding of the procurement systems of Indian Central and/or States Law Enforcement Agencies and/or financial regulators.

  • Articulate, enthusiastic, and effective communication skills and can convey complex concepts in an approachable and concise way.

  • Track record in both new business development, delivering accurate sales forecast and strategic & tactical account development

  • A passion to deliver on the Chainalysis mission to build trust in Blockchains

  • Willing to travel within India for identifying and building sales growth.

Nice to have experience:

  • Experience with Financial Intelligence, Investigations, Cyber Security, and/or Cryptocurrency Technologies.

  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency, web3, and blockchain technology is advantageous but not required
