As an Account Executive, you'll establish trust and build strong relationships with Public Sector stakeholders, tailoring your sales approach to meet their needs, and evangelizing Chainalysis solutions in a compelling yet approachable way. You'll measure your success by attainment of assigned quota, accuracy of forecasting, and the growth of accounts in the region. The ideal candidate is an expert at navigating complex sales cycles, building a calculated account plan, and still enjoys the thrill of closing a deal.

In this role, you'll:

  • Help to develop compelling product positioning and messaging specific to market trends, competitive drivers, region-specific sales channels, and more.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with prospective and existing customers, driving new business, expansions, upsells, renewals, and cross-sales

  • Create and execute go-to-market plans that result in predictable and increasing quarterly forecasts

  • Work closely with our Pre-Sales, Customer Success, Investigations, and Marketing teams to lead conversations within your territory

  • Create a diverse pipeline of opportunities, leveraging data from sales figures, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive consistent and accurate forecasting

  • Manage and structure our relationships with the local resellers and distributors

  • Establish relationships across departments at Chainalysis, allowing you to provide expert advice to prospects related to technical concepts, product roadmaps, solutions implementations, and training

We're looking for candidates who have:

  • Recent experience managing and closing complex B2B SaaS sales in the Singaporean/ASEAN markets

  • A strong client network in Public Sector - Law Enforcement, National Security and Regulatory agencies

  • Strong relationships with the System Integrator, Resellers & Distributors in the local market

  • A demonstrated history of building and executing a focused GTM strategy

  • A track record of over-achieving quota in past positions

  • A track record in both new business development and strategic account development

  • The ability to negotiate complex sales processes

  • Both written and spoken fluency in English for the purposes of communicating with customers and colleagues in Chainalysis' offices around the world

  • A willingness to travel as needed

Nice to have experience:

  • Native speaker fluency in ASEAN languages is advantageous.

  • Experience with Financial Intelligence, Investigations, Cyber Security, and/or Cryptocurrency Technologies.

  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency, web3, and blockchain technology is advantageous but not required
