We’re looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our Buenos Aires office. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who loves talking to people all day, every day; is obsessively organized; and wants hands-on experience in people operations within a fast-paced, global environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Own and execute full-cycle People Operations processes from onboarding through offboarding, ensuring work is completed accurately and on time.
- Act as a reliable point of contact for operational requests, answering questions, resolving issues, and keeping processes moving with minimal oversight.
- Maintain and improve HRIS data, employee records, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across regions.
- Support payroll and global compliance activities, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with employees and stakeholders on people-related questions.
- Work closely with the People Operations Manager to help refine processes and tools as the business evolves.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows and help implement practical, scalable solutions.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or similar roles supporting a growing, global team.
- Comfort taking ownership of work independently, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Experience with HRIS platforms (Rippling, Deel preferred) and familiarity with payroll or people data processes.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining quality.
- Clear, professional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across functions and time zones.
- A flexible, practical approach and the ability to adapt as priorities evolve.
