We're looking for a talented, driven, and ambitious Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team in Paris and support Blockchain.com’s ongoing growth. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in building out both Tech and Non-Tech functions across Europe for one of the world’s fastest-growing and most innovative technology companies.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Source, recruit, and interview top-tier talent across our offices distributed across the globe (Americas, EU, UK, APAC)
- Ensure a world-class candidate experience, from the initial point of contact through to onboarding.
- Lead the recruitment process, including interviewing, skill evaluation, feedback exchange, managing the offer process, and facilitating smooth onboarding.
- Establish yourself as a trusted advisor and partner to hiring managers across various teams, ensuring a seamless collaboration.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies and recruitment tools to engage the best talent, ensuring you are using the right approach for each hiring need.
- Craft engaging and compelling job descriptions that effectively communicate the unique aspects of each role and the company’s culture.
- Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals, universities, meetups, and other key events to build a strong network and attract top talent.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Integrity is paramount – It’s the foundation of everything we do.
- 2-4 years of experience in a fast-paced and dynamic recruitment environment, ideally within fintech, tech startups, or similar sectors.
- Previous experience working in both agency and in-house environments is highly valued.
- A self-starter who is motivated, tenacious, and driven, with the ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining a high sense of urgency.
- Proven track record of delivering results with exceptional organizational skills, motivation, and follow-through.
- Ability to identify and address challenges, driving meaningful change where needed.
- A natural people person who can engage with candidates at all levels, exhibiting a flexible, fearless attitude and excitement about building something meaningful.
- Fluency in English is required. Fluency in French is highly preferred to cater to the local market.

Your personal data will be shared with Greenhouse Software, Inc., a cloud services provider located in the United States of America and engaged by Controller to help manage its recruitment and hiring process on Controller’s behalf. Accordingly, if you are located outside of the United States, your personal data will be transferred to the United States once you submit it through this site. Because the European Union Commission has determined that United States data privacy laws do not ensure an adequate level of protection for personal data collected from EU data subjects, the transfer will be subject to appropriate additional safeguards under the standard contractual clauses.
Your personal data will be retained by Controller as long as Controller determines it is necessary to evaluate your application for employment. Under the GDPR, you have the right to request access to your personal data, to request that your personal data be rectified or erased, and to request that processing of your personal data be restricted. You also have the right to data portability. In addition, you may lodge a complaint with an EU supervisory authority.
