Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Growth Marketing Manager. As a Growth Marketing Manager at Block Earner, you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through data-driven marketing strategies. You will analyze marketing data, develop and implement marketing campaigns, manage projects, optimize web analytics, and leverage marketing automation tools. This is a dynamic role that requires creativity, analytical thinking, and strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, and Project Management skills
• Proficiency in web analytics tools like Google Analytics, Salesforce and ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Experience with marketing automation tools (Salesforce) and email marketing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with a high level of ownership over your function of the business
• Experience in the blockchain/web3 is a plus but we are also very open to fresh perspectives from other industries
