As our Analytics Manager for Growth Marketing, you won't just report numbers—you will own the data narrative that guides our Marketing, Growth Research, and Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) efforts, directly influencing how we connect with our customers.

Sr Director of Data Analytics and Research
Who You Are
- Seniority: 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis, with at least 2+ years in management, preferably in the Growth domain.
- Domain Expertise: Understanding of key concepts and analytical frameworks in Growth, Digital Marketing, and CLM.
- Technical skills:
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and excellent command of visualization tools (e.g. Looker preferably, Power BI and Tableau accepted).
- Experience with statistical programming tools (Python/R).
- Previous work on market research and survey design.
- Capacity for statistical modelling (e.g., classification, regression, clustering) for business applications.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills—the ability to simplify complexity and deliver a compelling story is critical.
- Mindset: A curious, proactive, and collaborative approach. You should be passionate about nurturing talent and driving business outcomes through cross-functional partnerships.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with Databricks.
- Deep knowledge of causal inference models and general microeconometrics.
- Familiarity with Behavioral Sciences.
- Experience building Marketing Mixed Models.
- Understanding of financial modelling.
- Experience in diverse business areas is a plus.
What You Will Do
As the primary analytical partner to our Marketing leadership, you will be the bridge between data science and creative strategy.
Leadership & Mentorship
- Lead and inspire a small, high-potential team of analysts, providing mentorship, clear goal setting, and career development support.
- Be the dedicated point of contact and trusted advisor for the Marketing Leadership, translating their complex business questions into robust analytical projects and actionable insights.
- Champion data literacy across the Marketing organization, empowering colleagues to utilize data effectively in their daily decisions.
Growth, Marketing & CLM Strategy
- Drive Strategic Insights for Acquisition: Design and execute advanced analyses to optimize marketing spend and accelerate customer acquisition.
- CLM Innovation & Experimentation: Identify and test opportunities to boost retention, reduce churn, and maximize Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
- Market Research: Partner with User Research to integrate qualitative insights with quantitative data, identifying new product and market opportunities.
Data Storytelling & Reporting
- Data Storytelling: Translate complex statistical findings into clear, compelling, and executive-level recommendations that inform decisions.
- Reporting Excellence: Develop, maintain, and automate critical dashboards (e.g., in Tableau/Power BI) to track core Growth and Marketing KPIs in real-time.
