Your Purpose
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales operations. This role involves managing sales tools, refining sales processes, ensuring data quality, and training our sales teams to maximize productivity and achieve sales targets. Additionally, the candidate will analyze business metrics autonomously to identify trends and develop new KPIs to drive performance improvements.

Who You Are
- Proven english fluency
- Bachelor’s Degree with a solid analytical and technical background
- Proven Hubspot experience
- Tech-savvy with experience in modern software tools and Excel/Google Sheets
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional and international collaboration
- Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a fast-peaced environment
Additionally, it would be nice if you:
- Have experience in Looker (LooKML)
What You Will Do
- Sales Tools Management: Oversee and optimize the sales tech stack, ensuring that all tools and platforms are effectively integrated and utilized by the sales team.
- Process Refinement: Continuously assess and refine sales processes to improve efficiency, remove bottlenecks, and enhance the overall productivity of the sales team.
- Data Quality Assurance: Maintain the integrity and accuracy of sales data across all systems, providing timely and relevant reports to inform decision-making.
- Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure the sales team is proficient in using sales tools and following best practices in sales processes.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any issues within the sales process or tools, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted sales operations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product, and Customer Support, to ensure alignment and support for the sales team’s objectives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Business Insights: Analyze business metrics autonomously to identify trends and develop new KPIs to drive performance improvements.
