Your Purpose
As a Brazil Operations Analyst (PIX), you will be responsible for managing, monitoring, and optimizing our PIX operations in Brazil. Your mission is to ensure a seamless, efficient, and reliable operation that provides an exceptional user experience. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain peak performance, drive continuous improvement, and prepare detailed reports for auditors and regulatory bodies. Who You Are
- PIX Operations Expert: In-depth knowledge of PIX operations and regulations in Brazil, with at least 3 years of experience in a related field. Experience with PIX MED operations is a plus!
- Brazil-Based Professional: Located in Brazil with a strong understanding of the local financial and regulatory environment.
- Customer-Centric: Committed to delivering an outstanding user experience through efficient and reliable operations.
- Process Improvement Enthusiast: Proven experience in evaluating and optimizing processes for efficiency, and the ability to bring and execute improvement suggestions to senior management.
- Innovative Thinker: Continuously seeks innovative ideas to optimize PIX operations and improve processes.
- Proficient in English and Portuguese: Excellent communication skills in both languages.
What You Will Do
The PIX Operations team at Bitso is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of our PIX services. You will work closely with product, engineering, and customer support teams to build and maintain the infrastructure required to support our PIX services at scale. We are looking for a PIX Operations Analyst who can make an immediate impact.
- Manage PIX Operations: Oversee and manage the daily operations of PIX services, ensuring efficiency and reliability.
- Incident Management: Lead communication and manage the involvement of internal and external teams during operations service incidents to ensure swift resolution.
- Monitor and Optimize: Continuously monitor our Brazilian operations, identify optimization opportunities, and implement improvements.
- Collaborate with Customer Support: Work closely with the Customer Support team to provide the best user experience and address any issues.
- Financial Operations: Ensure the smooth flow and availability of funds within the PIX system, including daily reconciliations and problem-solving.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated with the latest PIX regulations and ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare reports for auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct in-depth root cause analysis of operational issues and implement effective solutions.
- Innovative Solutions: Propose and implement innovative ideas to enhance operations and improve user experience.

- Innovation: Continuously seek and implement innovative ideas to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports for auditors and regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
