Your Purpose

Regulation detective: responsible for monitoring, on a daily basis, new rules issued by the authorities.
Administrative hero: work side-by-side with the VP of Legal to control the team's budget, manage documents, and organize contract workflows like a pro.
Legal Guardian: Track lawsuits and write sharp responses to judicial orders.
Contract Ninja: Responsible for low to medium complexity contracts.
Knowledge Explorer: Be part of amazing and disruptive projects where you will be required to do global to assist the team - from taxes to labor and regulatory issues.
Data Protector: Be customer driven and provide the best in class support to your clients in regards to data protection issues.
All above can be related to our operation in Brazil or the other countries we operate (Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Gibraltar).

Who You Are

Currently enrolled in an accredited law school - (Graduation in 2026 or 2027)
Have at least 1 (one) year of professional experience in corporate, finance or contracts.
Advanced English proficiency - able to write and communicate in English (official language at Bitso). Spanish is a plus.
Commitment to deadlines and responsibilities.
Great attention to details and organizational skills.
Skills in time management and communication.
Very strong legal foundations, communication and drafting skills.
As Bitso is a remote company, you need to be able to work with limited supervision.
Collaborative, positive and eager to learn.
