Your Purpose
You will help by directing the leveling up of our operations area beyond the stars! Here you will have the freedom to bring innovation to our processes, helping to ensure efficiency and quality for our operational process.

Who You Are
- Proven English fluency.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills, carefully evaluating your activities and information received, in order to guarantee the effective execution of the process.
- Passionate about learning new things and sharing your knowledge with the teams.
- With a mind-set of "why" of doing things the way we do, determined to change it to an incredible efficiency level.
- Fast running, is always on top of things of yours responsibilities and with ability to prioritize the most urgent things.
- Demonstrate problem solving skills with the ability to escalate problems and roadblocks as needed.
- Diligent in carrying out daily operational routines, always caring for the internal and external customer's well being.
- Currently living in Argentina or México.
What You Will Do
- Carrying out daily operational processes, such as reconciliations, internal controls and giving support for other areas and external users.
- Create and suggest improvements on your process, always looking for efficiency and safest way of doing it.
- Working cross-functionally with various teams within Operations to improve existing processes and create a better experience for our users.
- Help spread the culture of "Drive change" and "Be an Owner" being an ambassador of the area in this regard.
- Work in a multicultural environment building an alliance with your team and others, valuing a happy environment and continuous learning.
