Your Purpose
The fraud strategy team plays a crucial role in safeguarding Bitso users and ensuring the security of crypto transactions. As part of this team, the Fraud Process Improvement Sr Specialist will focus on enhancing processes related to fraud prevention across the organization. This role aims to establish strong alignment with stakeholders and leadership to analyze, mitigate, and control risks associated with business accounts.

Fraud Process and Continuous Improvement Manager
Who You Are
- Proven English fluency.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, engineering, business administration or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing process improvement initiatives;
- Prior experience in financial services, risk areas and fraud prevention is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of innovation, creative problem-solving, and delivering high-quality results.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is mandatory.
- Ability to embrace change and thrive in an ever-evolving department.
- Currently living in Mexico or Argentina.
What You Will Do
- Conduct process mapping, documentation, and optimization to streamline fraud prevention procedures.
- Proactively monitor and mitigate fraud risks by implementing robust control mechanisms.
- Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Business Continuity, Compliance, Legal, and Product.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of business accounts products and services to evaluate fraud risks and propose effective solutions.
