Job Description and Responsibilities: Identify and cultivate retail partnership opportunities (local and big box retailers) to find, attract, and close new relationships; Drive deal/partnership initiatives, identify risks and mitigate, lead execution; Increase acquisition, retention, engagement, and cross-channel optimization by collaborating with product, design, marketing, and sales; Create, track, and report key sales and market share metrics to inform targets using KPIs and OKRs. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related; Experience with gift card sales channels and/or strategic retail partnerships is a major plus; Strategic and creative problem solving; Thrive in dynamic environments and pivot as needed; All Ballet Global employees must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
