Overview Of The Role
As a People & Culture Associate, you will support key People activities across the entire employee lifecycle. You will contribute to People Operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll preparation, performance management, engagement, and HR reporting while helping ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.

Overview Of The Role
As a People & Culture Associate, you will support key People activities across the entire employee lifecycle. You will contribute to People Operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll preparation, performance management, engagement, and HR reporting while helping ensure a positive employee experience and compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
What You'll Be Doing
- Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, orientation, clearances, and exit interviews.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates across the HRIS and relevant People trackers.
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer preparation.
- Assist with monthly payroll preparation by reviewing attendance, deductions, allowances, incentives, overtime, and employee changes.
- Monitor probation periods and contract renewal dates and coordinate the required evaluations with managers.
- Support employee movements, including promotions, transfers, salary changes, and reporting-line updates.
- Respond to employees’ day-to-day People-related inquiries and provide guidance on company policies and procedures.
- Support employee relations cases, investigations, disciplinary actions, and related documentation.
- Assist in implementing performance management cycles and follow up with managers and employees to ensure timely completion.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, internal communications, surveys, and company events.
- Support personnel administration and ensure employee files and employment documents comply with applicable labor and social insurance requirements.
- Prepare and maintain People reports related to headcount, turnover, attendance, recruitment, employee movements, and other key metrics.
- Support the continuous improvement of People processes, policies, forms, reports, and workflows.
- Coordinate with Finance, IT, Administration, and other departments on employee-related matters.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle employee information with professionalism and discretion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a People Generalist, HR Generalist, People Operations, or similar role.
- Good understanding of recruitment, payroll preparation, employee relations, performance management, and personnel administration.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor and social insurance regulations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
- Previous experience using an HRIS is preferred.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information responsibly.
