About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Equity & Corporate Finance Specialist to support strategic financial initiatives, corporate finance activities, investment analysis, and business growth. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in equity analysis, financial modeling, valuation, and the financial services industry who enjoy working in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis and interpret financial statements to support strategic business decisions.
• Build and maintain advanced financial models, forecasts, and valuation models.
• Conduct company, project, and investment valuations using appropriate valuation methodologies.
• Analyze investment opportunities, market trends, and financial performance.
• Support corporate finance activities, including strategic planning and business case development.
• Prepare investment memorandums, executive reports, and presentations for senior leadership.
• Partner with business leaders to evaluate new initiatives, partnerships, and expansion opportunities.
• Support legal, regulatory, and governance-related financial activities.
• Monitor developments within the financial services and NBFI sectors and assess their business impact.
• Leverage AI and modern digital tools to improve financial analysis, reporting, and decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver strategic projects and operational improvements.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of experience in Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Financial Advisory, Valuation, or a related field.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in:
• Financial Statement Analysis
• Financial Modeling
• Company Valuation
• Investment Analysis
• Experience within NBFIs, Investment Banks, Brokerage Firms, Asset Management, Private Equity, Venture Capital, or Fintech is highly preferred.
• Good understanding of legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters.
• Strong analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Technically literate with a strong interest in AI and digital technologies.

Preferred Skills

• CFA (Level I, II, or III) is a strong advantage.
• FMVA or other financial modeling certifications are a plus.
• Experience preparing Board or Investment Committee presentations.
• Exposure to capital markets or strategic investment transactions.
