• Maintain and support the company’s core IT operations, including operating systems, endpoint security, applications, servers, email systems, laptops, desktops, printers, software, and hardware.
• Manage business-critical IT systems and ensure infrastructure stability, availability, and performance across all Axis branches.
• Administer and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, access points, VPNs, LAN/WAN connectivity, internet, intranet, and network segments.
• Perform server administration tasks, including Active Directory, user and group management, security permissions, group policies, print services, event log monitoring, resource monitoring, and backup audits.
• Administer virtualization environments, including VMware and Proxmox, and support the build, testing, and maintenance of new servers when required.
• Monitor datacenter health using existing management tools and respond promptly to hardware, system, and network issues.
• Provide remote and on-site technical support for Axis branches across Egypt, working closely with help desk teams to troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and resolve incidents.
• Support and maintain VoIP systems, endpoint security tools, laptops, desktops, printers, and other IT assets.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and suppliers regarding IT requests, project updates, technical requirements, and service delivery.
• Ensure all systems are regularly updated, secured, backed up, and operating efficiently.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 2 to 4 years in IT role
• BS/MS degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
• Strong planning and communication skills.
• Able to handle urgent incidents.
• Good command of English.
