Overview of the Role
This role leads the growth of our Payouts product across large enterprises, mid-market companies, and SMEs. It is responsible for defining the commercial strategy, building and leading a high-performing sales team, closing strategic deals, and developing partnerships that drive scalable revenue growth.
We’re looking for someone with a strong background in Fintech, Payments, or Telcos, who understands complex B2B sales cycles and can operate both strategically and hands-on.
What you’ll be Doing
1. Strategy & Business Growth
- Define and execute the B2B sales and partnerships strategy for Payouts products.
- Identify and prioritize target segments (SMEs, Mid-Market, Enterprises).
- Define key industry use cases (Payroll, Vendor Payments, Marketplaces, Construction, etc.).
- Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline.
- Own revenue targets (monthly, quarterly, and annual).
- Collaborate with Product and Finance teams on pricing, commercial models, and packaging.
2. Sales Leadership & Execution
- Build, lead, and scale the B2B sales team (Sales Excutives, Account Managers).
- Set clear KPIs, quotas, and performance benchmarks.
- Coach and mentor the team on complex deal structuring and enterprise sales.
- Personally lead and close strategic and high-value deals.
- Implement and optimize sales processes (CRM, forecasting, pipeline management).
3. Partnerships Development
- Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships.
- Structure commercial partnership models (revenue share, volume-based pricing, exclusivity).
- Build long-term relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Ensure partnerships directly contribute to revenue and product adoption.
4. Stakeholder Management
- Act as the main commercial point of contact for key enterprise clients.
- Work closely with Product, Tech, Compliance, Risk, and Operations teams.
- Provide structured market feedback to improve product features and roadmap.
- Align sales commitments with operational and compliance capabilities.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Own revenue forecasting and reporting.
- Track and optimize CAC, deal cycle length, win rates, and average deal size.
- Present regular performance updates to executive management.
Requirements
- 8–12+ years of experience in B2B Sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in Fintech, Payments, Banking,Telcos, or Financial Services.
- Proven track record of selling B2B products to SMEs, mid-market, and enterprises.
- Experience building and managing sales teams from early to growth stages.
- Hands-on experience with partnerships and complex commercial negotiations.
