Overview of the Role
We are looking for an experienced performance marketing manager who can help us take out our product across all the digital marketing channels including Google Adwords, Google Display Network, Facebook/Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, LinkedIn etc. and any other relevant digital platforms.
What you’ll be Doing
- Developing and executing social media strategy to acquire new customers
- Managing online campaigns from start to finish including customer acquisition campaigns, new feature launches, new segment launches etc.
- Understanding potential consumer segments that we should target, including testing new audience segments to target & A/B testing different messaging
- Testing new audiences to target and retargeting prospects as well as creating look-alike audiences to generate more potential leads
- Creating clear measurement systems to measure conversion rates including Ad CTRs to our website and conversion from the website visits to leads
- Continuously optimizing funnel to improve number of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs)
- Working closely with sales on delivering MQLs to them for them to close the sales cycle; Once eKYC law is implemented you’ll be able to generate leads & sign-ups entirely digitally
Requirements
- A minimum of 5+ years' experience in the field.
- Willingness to understand motivations, behaviors, media consumption of potential target segments in order to come up with strategies to acquire & retain them
- Demonstrated track record of running digital acquisition campaigns across the leading performance platforms including Google Adwords, Google Display Network, Facebook Ad Manager, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok etc.
- Hyper creative in your approach to campaigns and copy
- Solid background in managing social media channels and associated tools
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to manage a budget and deliver a positive ROI on advertising campaigns
- Good knowledge of the competitive space and willing to learn more
- Comfortable working in a scrappy and ambiguous startup environment where things can change quickly
