Role Overview
The Aleo Network Foundation is seeking a Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead [6-month contract] to own and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategy across partners, products, and feature launches within the Aleo ecosystem. This role will serve as the central point of accountability for product marketing and launch execution, ensuring that Aleo’s technical innovations are translated into clear value propositions, compelling narratives, and coordinated launches that drive adoption.
The GTM Lead will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the Aleo Network Foundation, and is responsible for all GTM and product marketing needs across our marketing organization. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, partnerships, developer relations, and external ecosystem partners.
Key Responsibilities
Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution

Own and execute GTM strategy for all new partner announcements, product launches, and feature releases across the Aleo ecosystem.

Develop launch plans that align positioning, messaging, channels, timing, and success metrics.

Serve as the single owner for launch readiness, ensuring internal alignment and external clarity at launch.

Coordinate launch execution across marketing, product, partnerships, PR/communications, and ecosystem stakeholders.
Product Marketing Ownership

Lead product marketing for ANF initiatives, including positioning, messaging frameworks, and narrative development.

Translate complex technical concepts (e.g., zero-knowledge proofs, privacy infrastructure, developer tooling) into clear, compelling value propositions for target audiences.

Develop core product marketing assets such as launch briefs, messaging docs, FAQs, pitch decks, blog outlines, and enablement materials.

Partner with content, social, and communications teams to ensure consistent messaging across all external touchpoints.
Partner & Ecosystem Launches

Own GTM planning and execution for new partners integrating with Aleo.

Collaborate with partnerships and BD teams to define joint messaging, launch timing, and co-marketing opportunities.

Ensure partner launches are cohesive, differentiated, and aligned with Aleo’s broader brand and ecosystem narrative.
Cross-Functional Leadership

Act as the primary GTM and product marketing liaison to the product and engineering teams.

Work closely with the CMO to align launches with Aleo’s broader brand, narrative, and strategic priorities.

Create clear internal documentation and processes to improve launch consistency and operational excellence over time.
Measurement & Optimization

Define success metrics for launches (e.g., adoption, usage, partner activation, developer engagement).

Post-launch, assess performance and incorporate learnings into future GTM strategies.
Qualifications

7+ years of experience in go-to-market, product marketing, or growth roles, ideally within developer platforms, infrastructure, Web3, or highly technical products.

Proven track record of owning and executing successful product and partner launches.

Strong ability to synthesize complex technical concepts into simple, differentiated messaging.

Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, partnerships, and marketing teams.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable operating in fast-moving environments.

Experience in blockchain, cryptography, developer tools, or privacy-focused technologies is strongly preferred but not required.
Reporting & Compensation

Reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of the Aleo Network Foundation.

The salary range for this position is $150/hr-$175/hr based on a 40/hr work week.
