We are looking for a Product Manager to help shape the core network product — spanning protocol features, stablecoin issuance, validator operations, compliance infrastructure, and developer tooling. Job Responsibilities
- Protocol & network product ownership:
- Own the product roadmap for the 1Money Network's core protocol including but not limited to BCB consensus, transaction processing, node architecture, horizontal sharding, and network fee design.
- Work with engineering to translate protocol capabilities into clearly scoped, buildable requirements — with zero ambiguity between what the business needs and what engineers implement.
- Monitor mainnet performance metrics and production transaction data to identify gaps and drive improvements.
- Proactively track engineering delivery — running regular status check-ins with engineers, surfacing blockers early, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned and on schedule.
- Stablecoin issuance & token management:
- Own the product experience for stablecoin issuance on the 1Money Network — working with issuers to onboard new stablecoins and tokenized deposits onto the network.
- Understand the full lifecycle of stablecoin issuance across multiple networks (Ethereum, Solana, TRON, and 1Money Network's native layer) — from smart contract deployment and minting to reserve management and redemption flows.
- Work with compliance and legal to ensure all supported stablecoins meet regulatory and AML standards.
- Developer experience & ecosystem:
- Define and improve the 1Money developer experience — APIs, SDKs, documentation, explorer tools, testnets, and integration guides at developer.1moneynetwork.com.
- Work with BD and partnerships teams to attract stablecoin issuers, wallets, exchanges, and payment applications to build on 1Money Network.
- Collect developer and partner feedback and translate it into protocol and tooling improvements.
- Cross-functional & global collaboration:
- Be available and willing to attend meetings outside of standard business hours — including early mornings or late evenings — to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders across different global time zones.
- Write crisp product specs and requirements documents that serve as the single source of truth for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Communicate roadmap updates, delivery status, and strategic decisions to leadership, investors, validators, and the broader community.
Qualifications
Must have:- 3+ years of product management experience in blockchain, fintech, or payments infrastructure.
- Proactive problem solver — actively identifies issues, gaps, and opportunities without waiting to be assigned work; takes initiative to drive solutions forward, escalates risks early, and consistently looks for ways to move the product and team ahead.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate requirements clearly — writing specs that bridge business intent and technical implementation, so engineers can build with confidence and business stakeholders can understand the "why"; able to explain complex protocol and payment concepts to technical and non-technical audiences alike.
- Proven project management skills — tracking engineering delivery against timelines, running structured status check-ins, identifying and resolving blockers, and keeping distributed teams accountable.
- Comfortable working with a globally distributed team across multiple time zones — strong async communication habits and cultural awareness.
Bonus Factors
- Working knowledge of stablecoin issuance — understanding how stablecoins are issued, minted, redeemed, and managed on-chain across major networks including Ethereum (ERC-20), Solana (SPL), and TRON (TRC-20), and what it takes to list or integrate a new stablecoin on a payment network.
- Experience with Deterministic BFT or other consensus mechanism design.
- Familiarity with USDT, USDC, PYUSD, or other major stablecoin architectures and reserve models.
- Understanding of tokenized deposits and their regulatory treatment versus traditional stablecoins.
- Prior experience at a Layer 1 blockchain, stablecoin issuer, or crypto-native payments company.
- Experience with network economics — fee design, validator incentives, and token distribution.
- Familiarity with cross-chain interoperability and bridge architecture.
