About the Role

We’re seeking a People Operations Intern to join our expanding team! The Figure Reno Office is in search of a student intern to assist the Associate Human Resource Business Partner in enhancing employee experience and programs. Additionally, as the People Operations Intern, this individual will support various initiatives and gain exposure to different areas of HR.

What You’ll Do

• Help coordinate employee events
• Setup team meetings and update calendars
• Coordinate onboarding and new hire orientation
• Assist with timecard processing and HRIS updates
• Provide administrative/logistical to support people operations functions
• Aid with research as it relates to potential human resource department initiatives
• Support special projects as necessary

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
• Competency in the Google Suite (Google calendar, Google docs, Google drive, etc.)

For CO, NY, CA and WA residents, the hourly rate for this position is $18/hour.. Actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience and location.
